The Linden Method was developed to cure Charles’ own anxiety, panic attacks, OCD, phobias, depersonalisation, and derelalization. He suffered from extreme agoraphobia, an abnormal fear of being in crowds and insomnia.

Before Charles created the Linden Method he frequently took Diazepam (Valium), Stelazine, Seroxat, and Prozac in an attempt to cure his disorder. All this medications provided little relief for his disorder.

It wasn’t until he created the Linden Method that he was able to eliminate his anxiety and panic attacks in less than a month.

How does it work?

The Linden Method works by creating a reversal of the formation of your anxiety. Medications fail because they only treat the symptoms of anxiety. In order to be anxiety free you have to stop anxiety from forming. According to Charles Linden anxiety is a habit and not a mental illness, so it should be treated as such. In order to be effective in treating anxiety disorders you have to reverse the formation of the anxious “habit”.

By following a set of simple rules you learn to debilitate and stop anxiety.

This method gives structure to the principles found by some of the world’s greatest scientists including Pavlov, Watson and Skinner.

According to the website, the Linden method gives permenant results so once your anxiety is eliminated, it will not come back.

What types of anxiety disorders does it treat?

The Linden Method helps individuals who suffer from anxiety, GAD, phobias, OCD, PTSD, and panic attacks. It can also be used to help eliminate eating disorders, child anxiety, and depression.

What makes it different from other programs?

The difference between the Linden Method and other programs is that many programs treat the symptoms of anxiety, while doing little for the root cause. In order for anixety and panic attacks to be eliminated the root cause has to be addressed.
